- Position: Permanent to Equity Ownership

- Facility Profile: Regional, outpatient private practice
- ADC: Approx 22-26 cases/day – NP sees medical management and follow up’s
- Support Staff: 1 NP, 2 MA’s, 1 Office Manager, 1 Receptionist
- BC/BE: PM&R, Anesthesia, Pain Management Certification Required
- Case Mix: Cervical ESI, Lumbar ESI, Transforaminal ESI, MBB & RFA, SCS Trial, Pump Trial, MSK injection, Peripheral Nerve Root Block (PNRB)
- Schedule: 8a – 5p (start and end time may vary based on patient need), No Holidays, Call is Negligible.
- EMR: Care Cloud
- Compensation: Negotiable, starting at $300,000 plus Bonus of 20-50% with ownership opportunity. Overall annual compensation and ownership structure (equity) will be discussed privately. High income earning potential.
