- Full Time Base Salary of $550-$600K (IR), $450-$500K (IN) Based on Experience, + Profit Sharing Pool
- This is a Diversified Center Accomplishing: ESRD Interventions, UFE, HAE, PAD, Veins, PD Catheter Placement, pAVF, Banding, Ligation
